From the moment Catherine Kerr arrived in Mumbai, the treatment that she received from Wockhardt Hospital has been outstanding. She was met at the airport by Bharat, a member of the hospital's public relations team who welcomed them and drove them straight to the hospital where they were very quickly and efficiently checked into their room.
There were no language barriers as everyone spoke perfect English.
The accommodation they stayed in was better than excellent. They were placed in a private room with internet access, TV and DVD, tea and coffee making facilities and a private shower room. The refrigerator was stocked with fresh fruit, bottled water and fruit juices.
The hygiene in the room was excellent. The room was cleaned every day and clean sheets and towels were provided daily. The doctors, nurses and cleaning staff were always helpful and smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Bharat took them shopping and showed them some of the sights in Mumbai. The food served is very good with daily menus provided with the help of a dietician.

The aftercare has been outstanding with medication readily available when needed.
